For Magic Online (MTGO):

To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

(-> Your Settings)

Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

These are the best tutors to use in commander. If your game winning combo is dependent on a few specific cards, use some of the cards on this list to help you win the game.

As a side note, while green has the most tutors, they mostly let you search for creatures or lands. Black has the best tutors, because they let you search for any card. Blue is good for instants, sorceries, and artifacts. White mostly searches for artifacts and enchantments, and red is just a bad color for tutors.

Also, the Legendary creatures on this list work really well as a commander, not so much as part of the 99 (Yisan, the Wanderer Bard is the exception).
