To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

Damn near every Zacama, Primal Calamity deck is tribal dinosaurs, which to me just doesn't seem right, for a few reasons. First off, Zacama doesn't provide any tribal effects. Second, Gishath, Sun's Avatar is a better choice for the dinosaur theme. And third, Zacama's abilities are crazy good, and will allow you to control the board. So to me, a control/stax approach seems to be the best fit.
Start the game by ramping up to play Zacama, and then use all that mana to start destroying your opponent's creatures and artifacts. 3 damage kills most commanders, and even getting rid of someone's sol ring is worth it.
The winning combo is Kiki-Jiki, Mirror breaker, or Splinter Twin, with either Combat Celebrant, Great Oak Guardian, or Felidar Guardian. There are many ways to do this, the easiest being with Birthing Pod (Tooth and Nail and Defense of the Heart can also work). All you need to start is Birthing Pod, a creature with CMC 3, and either 3 generic mana and 3 green mana, or 3 generic mana and 6 life. Sacrifice the CMC 3 creature to Birthing Pod, and get Felidar Guardian. Use it's effect to untap (Well, it exiles, then returns untapped) Birthing Pod. Next, sacrifice Felidar Guardian to get Karmic Guide. When Karmic Guide enters, bring back Felidar Guardian, and untap Birthing Pod again. Sacrifice Felidar Guardian to get Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, and then use Kiki-Jiki to copy Karmic Guide. The copy will bring back Felidar Guardian, and use it to untap Kiki-Jiki. You can now make infinite copies of Felidar Guardian.
