To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
So the main part of this deck is three cards that make the main combo that makes everything else easier to cast. Those cards are in ideal conditions would be...
Turn1
Paradise Mantle for 0
Island or blue mana
And a training Grounds
Turn 2
Any mana soruce
Pili-pala
Turn 3
Equip paradise mantle to pili-pala
Then tap pili-pale to add blue mana to you pool, then training grounds will make pili-pala ability cost 1 mana and untapping itself. Thus adding 1 mana of any color to your pool. Then you repeat this process, when you tap again add mana to your pool it will be 2 in pool then spend one to untap and gain another mana giving you 2 mana floating then repeat to add to 3 mana. Then repeat tell you have infinite of any color mana you need, to hopefully cast any x cast spell in you hand. Then comes the rest of the cards in the deck, which are just fun cards I find fun to play at infinite mana. With jeski colors.
Banefire just kills your opponent
Hateflayer + paradise mantle with training Grounds in play means you can blast 5 damage nonstop.
Umbral Mantle + ornithopter + paradise Mantle + training grounds gets you an infinite sized ornithopter.
Sideboard would be what every you need to take out other decks.
As a side note you can just make it 2 color and use mostly basic lands to save some money.
