A budget combo deck that utilizes seemingly weak cards to accomplished an infinite combo with a surprising amount of redundancy. This allows us to run less tutors, which would normally be a significant chunk of the budget and, instead, include expensive cards like Rhystic Study and Toxic Deluge.

Creatures that exile another creature on ETB until they LTB will infinitely ETB/LTB when you have three of them exiling each other. There are 8 creatures that do this and two additional that will flicker, which accomplishes the same thing. Clones can be used as additional redundancy since they ETB as a copy of one of our combo creatures. Also, you only need 1 clone to combo with Felidar Guardian, making him the go to tutor target if you have a clone in hand. I've included 7 permanents that either mill each opponent or deal infinite damage with etb/ltb triggers which is how we win.

Several of the ETB exile creatures are powerful on their own. Felidar Guardian and Wispweaver Angel give us a lot of value, as we run several ETB effect creatures like Mulldrifter and Farhaven Elf. Faceless Butcher, Fiend Hunter and Hostage taker are great temporary removal to help keep opponents in check while we amass our combo. Lumbering Battlement can be a massive threat on its own if you have a few creatures in the battlefield.

When setting up your combo, make sure you only target an oponent's creature with the first exile creature you play. The second one must target your creature or else your combo won't work, or you'll have to play a flicker creature to reset it.

For our tutor suite we've included Iname, Death Aspect which finds us our changeling creatures. These three will combo off each other so if you have Iname, tutor for a Graveyard Recursion spell so you can pull out a surprise win on the spot. Wake the Dead can be cast for 5 mana on your opponents turn to win you the game out of nowhere, if you have all three changelings in the graveyard and an ETB/LTB wincon on the battlefield. I've includes a few artifact tutors since Altar of the Brood only costs 1. Most of the wincons cost 4+ mana which makes Altar the same cost when tutored, so we don't need as many wincons. Finally, I've included board wipe creatures in Kagemaro, First to Suffer and Desolation Giant. Eldamri's Call and Signal the Clans tutor for creatures so we can use them to find a board wipe in a pinch. Also, Kagememaro, First to Suffer can be clones and then you can trigger one in response to the other for a bigger board wipe.

Unless you fear graveyard exile, wipe the board whenever you need. The graveyard recursion spells will win on the spot if your combo is in your graveyard. I've even included a creature ETB/LTB wincon in Extractor Demon since he's easy to tutor for, costs only 3 mana in the graveyard and can be resummoned with one of the graveyard recursion spells.

Also, The First Sliver is likely a better commander when it comes out. This deck will tend to fizzle on value or not find its combo fast enough and the extra card cast you get from The First Sliver is much needed. Also, General Tazri would make a reasonable commander as well since he can tutor for the changelings.
