Play a midrange control game while playing out gates, then use your creatures with basilisk gate to pressure your opponents removal and eventually win.

Guardian of the Guildpact is unblockable for the most part, and is very difficult to remove.
Sacred Cat will gain you an obscene amount of life unless it's removed twice asap by the opponent.
Squadron Hawk and The Modern Age // Vector Glider are both evasive threats.

Foil gives you a good t1 out if you need it, and additionally is a solid midgame play to push through an important 4cmc spell. You always have a lot of trash you can pitch. Counterspell is Counterspell.
