To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
A pretty fun brew with one of the best cards out of Modern Horizons.
Sisay, Weatherlight Captain has a built-in engine that buffs her the more legendaries you play. There's also a Legends Matter package that will directly benefit her as you develop your board.
You can beat the hell out of your opponents just smashing face with her by making her unblockable. Tutoring will help you get the pieces of equipment you need.
-Legends Matter Voltron package: Day of Destiny, Heroes' Podium, Blackblade Reforged, Hero's Blade, Arvad the Cursed
-Tutoring package: Sidisi, Undead Vizier, Tribute Mage, Demonic Tutor, Enlightened Tutor, Razaketh, the Foulblooded
Assuming the board is completely empty and there's nothing on your side of the field to buff your commander, the deck has a few chains to get her from 2, to 9 power on THREE/FOUR triggers, and at which point you can tutor literally anything in your deck. On that spot you can most likely win on the next turn or the next two turns, and also protect yourelf from AoE and single targetted removal. Tutoring Teferi, Time Raveler before your next turn most likely secures the win since it leads to avoiding any interactivity whatsoever.
Remember: This is assuming there's nothing else on the board, if you have any buffs or other legendary creatures you're already in excellent shape.
3 activations:
Slower 4 activation chains:
Kethis, the Hidden Hand | Anafenza, the Foremost | Drana, Liberator of Malakir | Thassa, God of the Sea
From there, there's quite a few of creatures selected to both have multiple colors (for midgame play) and help you close the game quickly by swinging:
Aurelia, the Warleader, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist, Odric, Master Tactician, Saskia the Unyielding
If you want to take it a litle bit more slowly to assert your dominance, you can dig for Razaketh, the Foulblooded or Sidisi, Undead Vizier, to get Seedborn Muse in order to dig multiple times per round
In case protection is needed:
Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Shalai, Voice of Plenty, Sigarda, Host of Herons, or tutoring either protection or countermagic
Other cool interactions:
The rest of the deck is ramp, utility cards, and a goodstuff legendary toolbox for almost any situation.
