The idea here is to curve out with explore creatures and some of the powerful payoff cards like Wildgrowth Walker and Lurking Chupacabra. I'm not entirely sure the Chupacabra is a good fit here since standard seems likely to be flooded by creatures with three or more toughness, but by the time you have four mana you should be able to explore twice in a turn fairly often. Never // Return could be substituted for Walk the Plank, though the mana costs of both make me nervous. If you want to try a non budget version, obvious upgrades include Vraska, Fatal Push, and the surprisingly expensive Jadelight Ranger.
The big concern here is the mana base: I'm hoping all of the explore creatures will help draw into mana of the right color, but if you've got the cash for Blooming Marsh that's a definite upgrade since this deck really wants to hit the ground running.
It's also worth considering making a version of this deck with Panharmonicon and Ravenous Chupacabra. It would still be pretty cheap, and the added card advantage would potentially make matches against control players easier
