Fungus feeds on Scarabs:

With 15 different total cards, the deck plays fairly consistently. The major point is to set up your field to look something like: 2 Nest of Scarabs, 1 Rot Shambler, either the Festering Mummy or a Fume Spitter, and a Carnifex Demon. Sack either the Insect Token, generated from the Carnifex Demon and the Nest of Scarabs, or, much more preferably, the Festering Mummy/Fume Spitter to pump the Rot Shambler at least once.

Then, use the Carnifex Demon to do 3 things:

1. Put a negative counter on everything, which will hurt your opponents creatures and ->
2. -> kill, then multiply, your Insects, thanks to the 2 Nest of scarabs ticking off, which finally ->
3. -> pumps your Rot Shambler for every insect you killed.

Then repeat.

So off that turn alone, you put out 2 -1/-1 counters on all your opponents creatures. You multiplied your insects from 2 to 8, not counting all the insects you got form putting -1/-1 counters on your other creatures/opponents creatures. Finally, you pumped your Rot Shambler from a 1/1 to a 6/6, cause you sacked the mummy or fume spitter, so it went from 1/1, to a 2/2, then you used the Carnifex Demon, so it went back to a 1/1, but the 2 scarabs died, so its a 3/3, and repeat for it to be a 6/6 from sacking 4 more insects.

Then you use Larger Than Life and laugh as your 10/10 trample creature moves in for the kill, that started off as a lowly, non-threatening 1/1.

It's not perfect, and its easy to get around by killing the Rot Shamblers early, plus any blue control deck will probably stop you, but for fun casual play, it works well.
