To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

*Hollow Specter is the new U/B Specter from Guilds of Ravnica which is unnamed as of time of writing.
Mill and Blue generally are frowned upon in my play group so this deck is based more around using targeted mill to focus down problematic opponents (to both play political with other players on the board and also to fuel our big creatures). To this end, we play a "hit opponent" tribal deck with lot of equipment we can stick on either Mirko or other threats (Thief of Sanity, Nightveil Specter, Wrexial the Risen Deep, etc) to create a kind of Voltron style build where we pick apart our opponent's board and library while amassing advantage.
Other creatures we play are creatures that get better when we mill our opponents or ramp pieces, both of which are benefited by Mirko or benefit Mirko/threats respectively.
We play a lot of removal, a few tutors (for mostly artifacts or removal pieces) and a lot of ramp as to allow us to Mirko/threat asap while hopefully building mana to play removal/equip costs alongside him.
NOTICE: The lack of mill each opponent cards. This deck is gonna be hated on enough already without having stuff like Keening Stone making me a target. At most I'll consider Mind Grind as a finisher which i'm still mulling over.
NOTICE 2: lack of counterspells mainboard. My playgroup also hate counterspells, I know, it sucks. However as some of them play some pretty dumb decks (Edgar and Zacama are both mainstays of our table), I have created a small counterspell suite in the sideboard which I may put in if I feel I need it. Not sure what I'd take out in said match-up.
NOTICE 3: This list is relatively budget. As such the mana base is pretty garbage and the counterspells are pretty ehh. I already had a spare copy of Cyclonic Rift, hence its inclusion in this deck.
NOTICE 4: There are a few pet cards in here. Dowsing Dagger and Wayfarer's Bauble are definitely strong examples of this but I just feel they suit the deck pretty well (equipment on evasive creatures/amazing ramp which can be used to play stolen spells and ramp in non-ramp colours respectively.) If there is anything you genuinely think I could replace them with on a budget, or any other pet cards I could replace with better but still fun cards, let me know.
