Rustle up your varmints and vagabonds as the cackling criminal leads the charge amidst a band of outlaws. Jasper holds the top of an opponent's deck to ransom each upkeep, recruiting new criminals to join his gang! As you hire new hands, he demands even more ransom, spiralling out of control!

Use theft effects to steal your opponent's best cards while leaving their prized combo pieces to rot in the exile zone. Not even the vultures will want them...

Commit crimes and build synergies with interaction/removal that often doubles as theft! Replay cards, create a wide board, make your creatures harder to block, and bigger to boot!
