This is a God-Pharaoh's Gift deck designed around using Gate to the Afterlife to get it into play.

The general plan is to play lots of little creatures which fill up the board and the graveyard.
Explore creatures along with Trophy Mage help you to find a copy of Gate to the Afterlife which you then activate to fetch God-Pharaoh's Gift.

Now the ultimate goal is to reanimate a Cultivator of Blades (which you can make into a 6/6 through the use of fabricate) then swing with the entire team giving everyone else +6/+6 for huge amounts of damage.
This can be boosted even more through the use of Hashep Oasis for a +9/+9 buff.
Also, as the value of X is determined as Cultivator of Blades's ability resolves, if you have 2 in play then the first one buffs the second one before it applies its buff.
So this means the first Cultivator of Blades resolves making the second one into a 12/12 which then resolves with a +12/+12 boost.
This results in an attacking 9/9, a 12/12 and the rest of the team getting +18/+18.

Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar is another great target to reanimate.
Firstly, it gets base stats 4/4 and then gets +1/+1 for each land in play and in the graveyard, which there could be a few with all the self mill.
Secondly, it has 2 very relevant keywords; trample lets you get through damage and reach gives you the option to keep it back if flyers are threatening lethal.
The option to return it to your hand is also very relevant as there is a good chance it will get milled at some point.

Champion of Wits can be reanimated to refill your hand and get some more reanimate targets in the graveyard.

Sideboard Guide:
The sideboard is as creature based as possible so as not to dilute the original plan of the deck.

Wildgrowth Walker comes in against aggro as a good blocker and some life gain.
Nimble Obstructionist comes in against graveyard hate as it is usually done with activated abilities. Can also protect against Thrashing Brontodon.
Thrashing Brontodon comes in to deal with pesky artifacts and enchantments.
Deathgorge Scavenger comes in against opposing graveyard strategies.
Padeem, Consul of Innovation tends to come in game 2 to help protect against artifact removal.
Vizier of Many Faces comes in against problematic creatures such as Carnage Tyrant.
Siren Stormtamer comes in to protect key creatures from removal and from Settle the Wreckage.
