Azorius Winds (Standard)

This is my take on a Favorable Winds deck which contains only flying creatures to maximise the benefit from it.

There are several sources of lifelink between Aerial Responder, Aethersphere Harvester and Lyra Dawnbringer.
Kinjalli's Sunwing shuts down haste which also helps with the aggro matchup. It also helps against thopter strategies.

Siren Stormtamer protects your team and can also be used against Settle the Wreckage.
Warkite Marauder can prevent an enemy flyer or reach creature from blocking.
Curator of Mysteries is just a big body but the cycling utility can also come in handy.
Glyph Keeper is resilient to removal and can also come back late game with embalm.
Lyra Dawnbringer deals with most enemy flyers on both attach and defense.

I chose Spell Pierce due to the potential mind games with Siren Stormtamer. Leaving 1 blue mana up could make your opponent think you are saving it for Siren Stormtamer and feel safe casting a sweeper.
Chart a Course is in to dig for Favorable Winds early game and to refuel late game.
I went with a 2/2 split of Cast Out and Ixalan's Binding as both cards offer different utility and versatility.
