Modern Soldiers (Modern)

Modern White Winnie Tribal Soldiers. I've been brewing up for a few years now since Preeminent Captain is one of my favorite cards. Straight all out aggro that aims to cheat Captain of the Watch as early as turn four which by then your already have a huge card advantage. Dyrad Militant and Thalia gives you some board control advantage.

Usual play
T1: Champion of Dyrad
T2: Thalia or Banneret
T3: Preeminent Captain or Brimaz
T4: CotW, Ranger of Eos, Windbrisk Online

Why play modern Soldiers?
UNIQUE
Modern has a large pool of cards that makes Going tribals means a losing strategy. Out of question. I personally want to be unique. I'm more like the underdog. Get beaten by tier 1 decks, oh well. Get beaten by a rogue deck. Ouch! So for those players not a fan of mainstream decks. This might be the deck for you.

CHEATS
This deck has 3 cool cards that can cheat and win you games outright. First is Windbrisk Heights, this deck has big potential to give you board advantage while not overextending too much. 2nd, Preemint Captain. cheating a Captain of the Watch on turn 4 is just plain sick. 3rd is Ballyrush Banneret. He's a 2/1 body, 2cc makes your soldiers cheaper. What more can you ask?

LORDS
Well, Soldiers doesn't have the cheapest Lords but it does have the biggest ones. Field marshal is a 2/2 body lord that gives your soldiers first strike, Captain of the Watch is the Bomb! A 3/3 body lord and 3 tokens that comes with it. Nuf said. While Honor of the Pure is just plain good with this deck.

CARD ADVANTAGE
Well we all know running mono white has 1 big problem. it's card advantage, but no not in this deck. Soldiers has the only 2 permanents in monowhite that gives Card advantage. Ranger of Eos and Mentor of the Meek.

BOARD ADVANTAGE
Board wipe? Nah.. With only a mutavault with no creatures. As early as turn 4. Even if you kill my creatures. I can easily recover
board control by attacking with mutavault using militia's pride and making tokens. I'm over extending but not using any card in my hand.
