Prossh was my first ever EDH deck and I have built a long term attachment to this dragon from Jund. If you are looking for a deck that can be both interactive and aggressive this is a fine choice to look for beginners of the format. Don't be scared by the price tag as it is inflated by Wheel of Fortune / Bayou / Badlands / Taiga and the stronger fast mana from Mana Crypt or Mana Vault. You can play with a softer mana base if you want to just dip your toes into the cEDH format and turn this into a more agreeable pricetag. That being said, how do you play Prossh?

To keep it simple: Resolve Food Chain and perform a loop with Squee, the Immortal, Eternal Scourge or Prossh, Skyraider of Kher (and his kobolds) to net +1 mana with each iteration. This mana is restricted to only be spent for casting another creature so the win condition must be funneled into an enter the battlefield effect or flooding the board with kobolds from Prossh's casting trigger. Use this mana to present a win via the following:

Should you find that you have the infinite mana loop presented but no way to win there are outs as well. The best method is to have Korvold, Fae-Cursed King or Yawgmoth, Thran Physician out and attempt to draw out our deck until the win con has been found. If the mana restriction on creatures poses a problem that is where Pitiless Plunderer comes into play to turn those death triggers into treasures to make mana for those non creature win cons.

How to assemble this win is to be faster than the opposition, which will mean your mulligans require fast mana or fast card draw and secure the Food Chain resolution.
A sample hand of 3 lands + 2 Mana Acceleration + 1 Tutor + 1 Interaction is ideal but never consistent enough. Winning with a mulligan down to 5 because you got a Swamp + Dark Ritual + Necropotence will win many many more times than a 7 card opener with 4 pieces of interaction. Our goal isn't to keep our opponents from winning by stopping their plays, but rather to stop their plays by removing them from the table. The abundance of tutors to help solidify a consistent opener is what the main objective for many decks and this is absolutely the case with Prossh as well. Look for Wheel of Fortune / Ad Nauseam / Demonic Tutor / Necropotence as your top priority.

This deck appears to be legal in EDH / Commander.
