5-Color Child of Alara EDH deck filled with every cascade and psuedo-cascade card possible. In order to get a bunch of value off the cascades, the deck focuses on ETB triggers to control enemy board states, bolster our own, or at the very least, cycle through the deck/replace cards with ETB card draw. Child of Alara, besides giving the WUBRG color identity needed for Maelstrom Nexus, etc., works as a panic button and fits the Alara block flavor better than the other 5-Color commanders. Goal of the deck is to simply out-value our opponents to grind out a victory, or ramp and cycle through the deck enough to reach our bombs like Avenger of Zendikar or Prime Speaker Zegana.
