The idea is to play as aggressive as possible.

A couple of creatures with haste and prowess + Thing in the ice as an additional, more powerful option (when it transforms, it removes all creatures on the battlefield and it's quite easy to get yours back due to very low mana cost + haste advantage and an easy, massive hit into the opponent).

Burn spells were added to control the battlefield as well as pump prowess creatures up - we want them to do damage to enemy every turn.

Due to very low mana cost of all spells I decided to add draw and scry to the deck. It's quite handy as we can quickly draw battlefield-controlling spells from the library as well as decide to get rid of not necessarily needed lands + every one of these pump prowess and remove counters from Thing in the Ice.

Mutagenic Growth as an addition as we want to have very few lands in the game - this allows to cast spell paying by life - obviously it pumps a create +2/+2 and +1/+1 prowess in addition (just for 2 life!)
