To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
So the plan is:
1) steal them planeswalkers
2) cast Stasis or Sands of Time + Eon Hub + Memnarch or Liquimetal Coating + Reality Ripple on their planeswalker and watch the thing phase out and never return. Their lands will be ruined, too, since pretty much nothing untaps anymore. Not to mention that you can Reality Ripple those too. Now is the brilliant time to emphasize your point with Nevinyrral's disk + Mycosynth Lattice + Karn, the Great Creator + Darksteel Forge.
I don't now, there isn't a win condition here. Is there such a thing as "wincon" for any given Teferi deck? They all just twiddle around shifting things around, countering spells and driving the game into a mindless grind where you need to attack and kill with your Fatespinner because that's all you've got.
Now that I think of it this deck needs more Counterspells and more extra turns. Remind me to add more of that crap. Or stuff like Decree of Silence. That should get 'em! (Remember Clockspinning? Good.)
