This is a Dragon Tribal deck that focuses on controlling the board and casting relatively inexpensive dragons.
Our dragons are:
Slumbering Dragon is useless during early and mid game unless we're against a wide deck, but is the best 1 drop I could find;
Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge is a relatively cheap dragon that provides some ramp;
Thunderbreak Regent offers some protection to our dragons;
Leyline Tyrant is situational, but allows for the accumulation of mana that can be converted into damage when it dies;
Skarrgan Hellkite can be played with haste as a finisher or with a +1/+1 counter providing possible removal or long term direct damage;
Demanding Dragon can finish the game with direct damage or force the opponent to sacrifice an important creature.
As support we have:
Orb of Dragonkind provides ramp and can fetch a dragon;
Dragonlord's Servant also provides some ramp;
Dragon's Hoard provides ramp and some draws;
Sarkhan, Fireblood provides cycling and ramp as needed.
And as removal:
Spit Flame is a removal that can easily be brought back from the graveyard.
Draconic Roar is another removal that will often also hit the opponent.
Anger of the Gods is a good board wipe that misses all our dragons.
An alternative version of this deck includes 4 Archwing Dragon, 4 Dragon Tempest and 2 more Dragon's Hoard, in place of Demanding Dragon, Draconic Roar and Anger of the Gods.
This version attempts to take advantage of the recursion of Archwing Dragon to trigger Dragon Tempest and Dragon's Hoard, but it's very janky and ineffective.
