This is a simic control deck that wants to play in opponents turns (mainly end segments) when he can't react and respond.
In standard, the deck is competitive, in modern it is difficult.
How to play:
Counter what you don't like and remove what is in your way. You want to play in your opponent`s end segment. Smaller creatures can be blocked later or removed by combat tricks with flash.

In case you are facing a lot of deathtouch, or blockers that return from graveyard you can use Faerie Vandal instead of Brineborn Cutthroat (it grows slower but brings in flying).

Sideboard:
In case of playing against blue decks with counterspells, the cunning nightbonder helps a lot. It can replace brazen borrower // petty theft then.
If you are facing too much creature pressure you can use devastation tide to clear the board (it can replace vivien, arkbow ranger or shark typhoon).
Against too many enchantments or artefacts you can add in some return to nature instead of some mana leak or voidslime.
Uro, titan of nature's wrath can be used as an alternative for the hydroid krasis if preferred.
