[EDH] Savra, Queen of the Golgari 4.0 (Dredge) (EDH / Commander)

This started out as a $25 budget league deck with a decent amount of synergy. After the idea of a budget league passed, I had slowly been updating it as I got around to it. There was increasing synergy, but compared to other full-power decks, the build wasn't cutting it. But then inspiration struck.

I did a single Ultimate Masters draft on launch night and ended up drafting a Golgari Dredge deck that I went 3-1 with. It had been a while since I played Dredge. I took Muldrotha apart because I got bored with the Sultai Goodstuff the deck ended up being. After a night of playing Savra last night and having an engine online with Bloodghast + Yahenni + Savra and keeping the board in constant pressure but never really doing much else, it occurred to me that with the that build, anyone could simply ask "Why not just play Meren?", and I already have two Aristocrats style decks with Elenda and Alesha.

Thus, Dredge came to mind. I previously also played a Dredge/self-mill Sidisi build and missed it a lot. But, I have a Varina Zombie build, already. With that in mind I set out to make a Dredge deck based around a lot of the Golgari cards I have sitting around. So far the deck has been very fun to play, but there are a lot of updates to the deck I plan to make, including making cuts for the following:
