Ideal Storm:
T1: Island + Lotus Petal + Welding Jar + Etherium Sculptor + Disciple of the Vault
T2: Conjurer's Bauble + Drafna's Restoration (putting artifacts on top) + Chromatic Bauble
T3: Welding Jar + Conjurer's Bauble, etc.
Realistic Storm:
T1: Island + Chromatic Star/Chromatic Sphere/Conjurer's Bauble
T2: Island + Reckless Fireweaver/Etherium Sculptor or Disciple of the Vault + Chromatic Star/Chromatic Sphere/Conjurer's Bauble
T3: Crack stuff + Welding Jar + Preordain + Drafna's Restoration/Island + Crack more stuff
T4: Same as t3, just gets bigger each time, until you can sac 5, get back 5, deal 10, draw answers.
With Etherium Sculptor, Chromatic Star and Chromatic Sphere become a Conjurer's Bauble allowing super redundancy.
Reckless Fireweaver and Disciple of the Vault are the same for the purposes of the deck.
Welding Jar and Preordain are included because they're just super good.
Lotus Petal, Prophetic Prism and the Chromatics give the deck illegal mana, so it can use only islands.
Can use arcane denial to counter your own artifacts to draw 3 and stick stuff in graveyard.
