To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

(-> Your Settings)

Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

This is a budget deck built more to have fun than to compete.

The game plan of the deck is this:
Play Fraying Sanity, then with fraying sanity out, play Fleet Swallower, give it haste and swing before there are too many opportunities to remove it.

To help us get there we're running a few pirates and other spells which help us both dig through the deck, as well as pile up treasure tokens which we hope to use to ensure that we can consistently cast Fleet Swallower since its mana cost is so high. We also have Skittering Surveyor because it will help us thin out the deck while also letting us ensure that we'll be able to pay Fleet's cost. Surveyor also acts as a nice throwaway once its done its job.

In our sideboard we have a few basic tools to swap out depending on match-up. If we fight a more control heavy opponent who has tools to deal with Fleet Swallower we will switch in some of those lovely Siren Stormcaller, and if we run into decks which are running too many creatures that wish to hit us down fast we have access to abrade and Hornswoggle.

The deck is obviously vulnerable, and will do poorly in best of 3 style games due to its reliance on having BOTH Fleet Swallower and Fraying Sanity out. This is why I say this deck is more for fun, kitchen table, maybe even casual LGS level play.

Also quite fortunate is that the deck is fairly inexpensive, which is nice since one if its key pieces (Fraying Sanity) will rotate out in the fall.
