You first impression was correct. The anchor is in the sideboard: New Benalia isn't standard legal.

On the deck: You will want to include some number of Revealing Winds; as it stands, there is a 65% probability you will see less than 2 fog effects by turn 3. Following that, since fog effects is what is keeping you alive, consider evening out your mana sources with more dual lands.
