new to the game any help would be appreciated with this deck

Hey all this is my first attempt at building a deck.  I am just looking to get started at game again and I would like to make a rwd deck that is competitive to play in standard tournaments at the local store.  I would really appreciate any advice for the deck.  My intent is to rush hard with weenies for a quick win.

the deck needs more instants for the swiftspears it will get killed if you don't kill them before they get a 3/3

basically what would make it better like a few instants that are situational and things of that nature.
