Why the
breeding pool
? I would just put in the 4th
watery grave
. I would trade the 4 verdents for 4 polluted deltas. Have you thought about switching the Bobs for
serum Visions
? I like the deck. I have wanted to build something like this so i am always excited to see posts like this.

The
Breeding Pool
is for searching it with the fechlands, it has not other purpose
Also, the Verdert Catacombs and the
Misty Rainforest
work like the Polluted Deltas, but I needed to put one more mana resource color to make the Hedron Crabs landfall work as it should.

I played a UB Mill deck in the practice room and lost with Bogles. It was pretty quick at milling. I think it played
Breaking // Entering
and didn't play
Tome Scour
. I also think you might have too high a ratio of value cards (eg.
Dark Confidant
) to milling cards, but can't be sure. Playtesting should resolve that for you.

Double black of Liliana seems like it would be
rough
.
Though, consider
Psychic Strike
.
