would it be a good idea to switch out emrakul out with  "It That Betrays"?

It that betrays would be better because all you have to do is make them sac and you automatically get it. Attacking isn't really necessary. For this deck however I would encourage you to add scourge of skola vale. This way you can sacrifice the creatures you just took control of from your opponent and grow your hydra even more. Also if you add dowsing shaman to the deck combo with cards like mind control or illusory gains then you'll constantly deprive your opponent of creatures. Add glint for extra protection for your creatures and you're good to go. (personally I'd add black to make the opponent SACRIFICE permanents) but if you're running kruphix then you're gonna want to go for mana production, hand advantage, and to an extent control.

It's still a work in progress but its getting there. One thing is that almost ALL of our creatures are big so even though the mana ramp is there you're not doing much in between the elvish mystic - kruphix - it that betrays. I recommend playing cards that help you make scion tokens (so you're not a sitting duck). Also they can be used for colorless mana ramp as far as creatures go. Also if you really want to make your opponent start sacrificing (without using black) then try adding some of the eldrazi that have annihilator. This way they'll have to choose eventually between lands and creatures (if you've gotten rid of the enchantments already). Just an idea since those creatures are also colorless; ulamog's crusher, pathrazer of ulamog, hand of emrakul, and artisan of kozilek. You could base the deck around ulamog and use kozilek's cards and name the deck; Where's Ulamog?" It'd be funny.
