I think you should drop the zulaport cutthroat because he's the only one of his kind (literally). If you add duskmantle prowler, faerie impostor, syndicate enforcer would all be good additions to this deck. Also if you combo notion thief with cards like sign in blood on your opponent then you're looking at health loss and you get to draw an extra card.

This is a actual deck I own and play a lot so I have had the chance to change it many times. zulaport cutthroat has actually kept me alive many times combed with the army of faries from Notorious Throng.

With him out you can attack all out and have the enemy scared to block for the loss of life from my creature dying in the process.  Let alone if I have enough out from the Notorious Throng.. it saves me from a board wipe since it would kill them in the process.

Well its not exactly that I wanted to improve on it.  I just wanted to share it since it has claimed a lot of victories and is simple, easy to run and cheep to buy for casual players.

ok that's cool to hear. It seems that Dimir style decks are getting popular nowadays.
