Great job with the lands and sticking to 60 cards.
The deck is really all over the place. It's good to have an idea of what colors you want to play, but then you want to think about what kind of strategy you want to play.
If you narrow down on a strategy, it'll improve your deck.
I recommend checking out a White/Black life gain deck.

Ok, I remade this deck into a White/Black Lifegain Deck. I'm still working on it but i believe its better

if you really want a lifegain deck, you should think about sanguine bond, vampire nighthawk and nip gwyllion. Serra ascendant is also fun in these kinds of decks. Reviving dose would be useful for drawing cards into your ever dwindling hand and vicious hunger for killing of creatures early.

Be careful though, you should try to get some cheap lands that give both white and black mana, as some require double of the same colour.
