And another question (answer in any order):

Can you only cast one sorcery per turn? Or as many as you can afford? I know they have to be played in the first main phase (before anything else other than putting down a land?), but I have not found in the tutorials if there's a limit to quantity.

sorcery's can only be cast when there are no other spells on the stack and when its your turn(you have priority on your turn)
you can cast as many as you want during your turn.

Just might make a side note that every rule in this game can be broken:)

300. General

300.1. The card types are artifact, conspiracy, creature, enchantment, instant, land, phenomenon, plane, planeswalker, scheme, sorcery, tribal, and vanguard.
300.2. Some objects have more than one card type (for example, an artifact creature). Such objects combine the aspects of each of those card types, and are subject to spells and abilities that affect either or all of those card types.
300.2a An object that’s both a land and another card type (for example, an artifact land) can only be played as a land. It can’t be cast as a spell.
300.2b Each tribal card has another card type. Casting and resolving a tribal card follow the rules for casting and resolving a card of the other card type.

Seems like this is information that might clear up multiple questions.

What I am still left wanting to know is are there any cards that are Enchantments other than Auras? So Cursebreak has no use in the game other than killing Auras? I only have a small quantity of cards, but none of the ones I have seem to have any other type of Enchantment other than the Aura type. Are there other types of Enchantments? And if so, what are a few (examples, please)?

enchantment is one card type of many. Cards can pretty much share all types(BUT ONLY IF THEY SAY THEY ARE THAT TYPE/or subtype)    for example...   Heliod, God of the Sun is a enchantment AND a creature.  So this means he can be removed from play by something that removes an enchantment(like erase) or by a spell that removes creatures (murder).

Cursebreak only affects enchantments.  Meaning this card cant even target a permanent on the battle field unless it is a enchantment.

Next question:

"When ________ enters the battlefield, draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep."

Next turn=the person after you, your next opponent, right (I assume in groups this game is played clockwise)? So I would draw a card during their upkeep phase?
Draw a card just that once, when it first "enters the battlefield", or every time from then on until it is removed from the battlefield?

You can cast sorceries only during your main phases when the stack is empty and you have priority, not anytime during your turn.
The turn is divided this way :

Beginning Phase
    Untap Step
    Upkeep Step
    Draw Step
Main Phase
Combat Phase
     Beginning of Combat Step
     Declare Attackers Step
     Declare Blockers Step
     Combat Damage Step
     End of Combat Step
Main Phase
Ending Phase
     End Step
     Cleanup Step

I know the stages. It's the details I can't read online in tutorials (I have read many of them) I am missing. I know when I can cast a sorcery, but no where does it say how many (someone else has answered that here now, but that is just one example of how the online tutorials are lacking and why I am coming here asking questions). That's the problem with all the tutorials online, they list steps like you just did, with no details as to what actually happens in those steps. Here's an example:
"Main Phase: Most of the game's actions happen during the main phase. With the exception of Instants, cards can only be played during a player's main phase. There are two main phases each turn: one before and one after the combat phase."
Yeah, but it says absolutely nothing about the order you play inside that phase, how many cards you can play, etc. Never in any of the tutorials I have read so far did it say "Main Phase 1 (pre-combat), if you have sorceries you want to cast, do this FIRST, you may cast as many as you can afford, you will not be able to cast sorceries after you play creatures or instants."

I don't know how anyone manages to learn the game using the tutorials given outside of coming to a forum like this and asking for further clarification (so I'm really glad forums like this actually exist). If anyone has a link to a detailed tutorial/rulebook/guide, please do share the link.

Have a care with the god cards, they cannot he destroyed, only exiled.

There are a few kinds of enchantments, auras are just one kind. There are also permanent enchantments, which generally affect the board every turn or when something happens (Palace Siege) and aura curses, which enchant a player (curse of the bloody tome).

I hadn't even considered watching videos to learn this stuff. I'm used to things with instruction manuals I can read and know everything from. That being said, that link is so broken it's unsalvagable. But I get your point, lmgtfy, thanks. :|

How about that "Draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep"? Anyone care to explain how that works? Is that every time so long as the card is on the battlefield, or just once the very next turn?

Also, I see another card that says "Equipped creature gets +2/+0 and has vigilance and 'At the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card.'" So is that an extra card draw?

Point out some cards that will draw me an extra card, please?

I'm not 100% sure what card you're talking about for the first one, so I won't comment on it.

The second card sounds like an equipment artifact. Yes, I believe you would draw two cards at the start of your turn (one in the draw phase and one at the start of your upkeep).

There are a ton of card draw options; red probably has the least, but even they have some (tormented thoughts springs to mind). Black has read the bones etc.

Honestly, a good way to find specific cards is magics gatherer. Advanced search can really narrow the field down quickly. (https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?action=advanced&format=+["Standard"]&text=+[Draw] is a quick search for standard cards that have draw in the rules text.)

Edit - tormenting voice, not tormented thoughts

@ Phaewyrn, I found a card similar to what you were mentioning about the draw. Swift maneuver is an instant and its draw effect says "The NEXT TURN'S UPKEEP", from my reading of that it means that during your opponents's turn then draw a card during THEIR upkeep (if you played the card on your turn). You use the draw effect one time but if your have an enchantment, creature or long standing effect that says that you draw during EACH upkeep then it would most likely include both your upkeep and your opponent's turns for as long as it's on the field.

Also the ARTIFACT that you were referring to was called avarice amulet. The card says YOUR upkeep so you'd draw your card and then draw a 2nd card during your actual draw phase. So with this artifact you'll be drawing two cards per turn as long as you control the creature equipped with the artifact.

There is no order within the main phase. During a phase or a step, the first thing that happens is obligatory actions (such as untapping permanent at the beginning of the untap step). Then any abilities that triggers at the beginning of XXXX phase go on the stack. Then, if you get priority in this step/phase, you get priority.
The only limit to the number of something, is that (if nothing says otherwise) you can play only one land during your turn. You can cast as many spells and activate as many abilities as you want (or are able to).
