Hey bro, it's an excellent deck, I have a similar red-green deck.

The only thing I change is the four Charging Badger creatures, that is one of the worst and useless cards in MtG history IMO.

Consider change the Charging Badger cards for heavy cards like Ghor-Clan Savage (Centaur Berserker, 3GG, 2/3, Bloodthrist 3), Terra Stomper (Beast, 3GGG, 8/8, trample, can't be countered), Titanic Bulvox (Beast, 6GG, 7/4, trample, morph 4GGG) or Tunneler Wurm (Wurm, 6GG, 6/6, discard hand card to regenerate).
Or if you want light creatures, a combination between Heir of the Wilds (Human Warrior, 1G, 2/2, deathtouch, ferociuos) and Deadly Recluse (Spider, 1G, 1/2, reach, deathtouch) are good alternatives.

What is the purpose of Lay of the land? You could just put 4 more lands into that deck, which would be the same effect, except you don't have to pay mana for it. Or am I missing some mechanic involving the casting of spells, like Storm or something?
