No Typhoid Rats are going out of standard. They were last printed in Fate reforged.

Wouldn't be shocked if they are printed this set or the next. They were first printed in Innistrad.

There are quite of few reprints in between different sets. If you look at this Innistrad block and the last one there are some stark contrasts and a few similarities as far as creature choices and effects go. You might not get a typhoid rats but you may get a card or creature with a similar deathtouch kill effect, for instance a red devil that does the same thing but destroys itself in the process.
