Best Beginner BiColor Deck?

somewhere in that mess of replies...someone said  let the new person look at card selection the friend has. see what the new person is drawn to. let them get to know the cards at least a little bit. let them pull out some cards then help them narrow in on a deck.keep it simple to.. if they are drawn to red/green cards just say the colors nothing more . the new person will learn as he goes like the rest of us did.

  And that's exactly how it should be. Not all players play the same. Let the new person "find themselves" and they'll grow from there. You can't offer an aggro person a W/U control deck and expect them to play it as well as you do (or even like it for that matter).

There's no "best". However - white is a very straightforward color and may help them learn the rules. Green is very straightforward as well, I would go with some combination of white and either green or black (black is less creature based but still quick learnable).
That being said - when they discover what they like, and what colors suit them best, help them develop that deck (as was stated already).
