I would highly recommend adding Goblin Guides, and Eidelons. Also switching your removal spell to Searing Blood, the 2 for 1 is disgusting and game altering.
*Source* There is a RDW player at my LGS that frequently does well, even with misplays, the deck is powerful and forgiving with no pain incurred from your mana base.

Yeah, Goblin Guide rocks, however it's very expensive nowadays (can't afford at the moment). Eidelons would be nice, is two of them enough?
By removal spell you mean switching 2xSearing Blaze for 2xSearing Blood? Any other hints?
