i guess that's fair enough:)

When most people say cheap,  they build like a 20-30 dollar deck.   

lightning helix and boros charm would be sweet with the Isochron Scepter

true, i should have thought about that a little more before posting it. but i mainly built it to have a fun casual/legacy deck

If a friend brought this deck to the table, Nick, I wouldn't be friends with them for long.  This is a deck you use, not to have fun, but to pretty much just stop everyone else from playing the game.  Lol.
