Based around Goblin Electromancer, summon tokens, storm with mana generators and punch with Massive Raid, Kyren Negotiations and take advantage of Echoing Courage.

brightstone ritual and goblin war strike sound awesome in this deck, but being 1-drops, wouldn't benefit from the goblin electromancer. (Not that that's a problem.)   Keep watch is another great card generator if you're running blue.  It's more expensive than shared discovery, but could easily net you 4-5 cards in a goblin deck.  Looks like a lot of fun!

I like Shared Discovery because it doesn't require the goblins to die since there's only the one buffer. The idea is to let them build so massive raid is big enough to finish your opponent, though on second thought, goblin war strike is still cheaper and there are nothing but goblins.
