I'm not an expert advice giver at all but from my observation is that you are wide open until you lay a planeswalker, and even once you lay it you've got no defenses for it save for the few tokens it can spit out each turn. That's also hoping you're not chump blocking with those tokens each well.

Running a Nahiri and Tamiyo together seems like a powerful combo to me, once you get both of their ultimates you could play Emrakul or any other big nasty wincons.

Stasis Snare is good removal but I think you had only 2? I could be mistaken, but what happens once those two are spent and there's still an army to take care of?

My suggestion, cut back on the planeswalkers and build on your creatures/removal. I personaly would run Tamiyo/Nahiri like I sad. If you're set on the planeswalker theme then I'd say Gideon as well.

Also, sorry I didn't mention it above, running Nahiri requires some Mountains.
