Neat land destruction deck. Its a pretty reliable way to completely shut down your opponent, regardless of the strategy they're trying to push. Stone Rain seems like it would be better than Icequake simply because it doesn't require double black, making it much more reliable to cast T3. Another neat option (especially since you have a goblin sub-theme) is Goblin Dark-Dwellers. Casting it turn 5 and getting a free Stone Rain or Rain of Tears is great, plus you have a big powerful creature to  carry you to victory.
