i think you should run thespians stage as 4-of , it enables dark depths very fast and its not that expensive for your budget deck

Io se fossi in te tenterei di più la strategia di mettere sul tavolo Marit Lage il prima possibile levando Geralf's Messenger e Hypnotic , inoltre il Delver ho paura che si giri con difficoltà data la scarsita di istantanei e stregonerie.

Forse avrei fatto il mazzo Verde-Nero, per aggiungere Ancient Stirrings e Crop Rotation ma vabbè.

Comunque qualche consiglio se lo vuoi tenere così, metti almeno le terre innevate Snow-Covered Swamp (anche perchè come la usi Scrying Sheets ?), poi io ti direi come ti hanno suggerito Thespian's Stage.

Io ci metterei anche un Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth perchè puoi così giocare Vampire Hexmage di secondo.

Poi ci sarebbero anche Hex Parasite e Aether Snap ma non le consiglio nemmeno.

Potresti metterci Thing in the Ice che si flippa sia con Vampire Hexmage sia normalmente.

sicuramente cosi accellara di piu' sia con le terre innevate sia con vampire hexmage.
nero-verde io lo giocherei anche magari con l'inserimento di gitrog che lo fa girare di più.
il mazzo e' calcolato in senso piu' " protettivistico"  ( passami il termine) cioe' calando  solo marit lage.

qualche consiglio invece su un modern rosso-blu che gira con kaladesh?

Io metterei anche qualcosa che ti vada a cercare dark dephts.
Esempio: Expedition's Map...
