Blood Artist dies on Heartless Summoning... Genesis Chamber is only an alternate kill. The main kill is Altar of the Brood.

These counters (negate) are mainly against control decks but you're right, Disallow can enter the sideboard.

Use Aetherflux Reservoir with the loop to get endless life and then kill them with the pay 50 deal 50
