I don't think 19 lands is enough.
That aside, it's usually not a good idea to play all one-ofs. If you identify your best cards and play more copies of them, you'll have a more powerful and consistent deck.
As the deck stands right now, it's being pulled in several separate directions.
Human tribal, revolt, +1/+1 counters...I suggest you pick a narrower focus and commit to it.
