Should i put Opt in deck? How many, and where?

I think opt is better in a control deck when you have no other options for 1 mana and left mana oppenned for a counterspell.

What about Kari Zev, skyship raider ? (maybe2x)

She doesnt fly unfortunetly. If i would add her i would have to change lords (cut some favorable winds, and add some fell flagship). During game i will often from turn 3/4 spare 1 mana for spell pierce, so if there was nothing to counter i could opt. Unfortunetly i cant find slot for it :/
