Why don't you consider adding thing like:  Blessings of Nature or Death's Presence. And maybe Deranged Outcast instead of Ulvenwald Tracker, Gravetiller Wurn is also so good if you go the dying route. Either way nice Deck and have fun.

Gravetiller Wurm * Increasing Savagery * Primordial Hydra all good options to, I realize now Deranged Outcast only works with the Humans so maybe not such a good choice. But all the other cards I mentioned would work great. I like this deck.
