I don't understand. What is so budget about Path to Exile?

I forgot to put the tip in the WIP box, however I'm still looking for budget (I don't want to spend more money for the lands than for the entire deck itself)  but useful (don't enter tapped) dual lands like Canopy Vista and/or Sunpetal Grove. I'm still thinking if it could be worth splashing white without replacing the stompy core cards, like Leatherback for Loxodon Smither, ect... because I don't feel like splash white only for the paths.
In your opinion what cards should I add?
