Well u,can with Mutagenic Growth but if u add mana ramp it's a lot more consistent

Awesome deck, and so cheap for its explosive power. Consider adding Vines of Vastwood to sideboard to give you instant hexproof against counter-heavy decks.

I would also advise running 22 lands, given that this deck rarely ever needs more than 3 Lands. I will test with 4 Gemstone Caverns and 18 Forests but honestly this makes the deck almost 50% more expensive.

I don't see this being a good choice. a turn 1 Utopia will give you 3 mana on turn 2, but you can't haste a 1-drop or 2-drop to attack same turn.

Seems a little bit too fragile/against the odds. You only have 8 creatures in the deck so theres a overwhelmingly large chance that you end up having a hand packed with pump spells and in the small likelyhood you have a creature theres a good chance it dies to removal such as fatal push or removed from your hand by thoughtsieze or inquisition. i would recommend that you also add budget to the title since there are obvious budget cuts like pendelhaven and inkmoth among other things. id say if your gonna do a 2 drop infect in mono green your better off doing blight mamba over necropede regenerating itself is better than a death trigger that isnt going to do anything over half the time. If your looking for budget infect options id say check out mtg goldfish mono black infect has a pretty interesting take he did a while back that i think could really steal some games it uses attrition tactics like discard and removal instead of a bunch of pumps.

It is necessary to put something more to protect the creatures, Utopia Sprawl is ideal, to combine with something more white, for example: gods willing.. or blue.
