Slips through your Fingers

Pitiless Plunderer and March of Madness + a treasure = infinite loop of 0/0 Treasures being created and dying.
Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat turns those dying creatures into a dead opponent.

This is a first approach, with sufficient tuning to follow.

Since they're creatures, wouldn't they have summoning sickness and then can't tap?

I don't need to tap the Treasure Artifact Creatures.

With the following in play: Treasure token + March of the Machines + Pitiless Plunderer + (Blood Artist or Zulaport Cuttthroat) in play:
1. March of the Machines makes the Treasure Token a 0/0 creature.
2. Next time a player would gain Priority, State-Based Actions are checked.
3. Because of State-Based actions, the 0/0 creature dies.
4. Because a Creature has died, (Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist) Drains the opponent for 1 life, and I gain 1 life.
5. Because a Creature has died, Pitiless Plunderer Creates a treasure, that becomes a 0/0 artifact creature
6. Return to (2), unless all opponents are at 0 life.
7. All opponents are at zero life, they lose the game because of state-based actions. You win the game.

Infinite loops, good thing this deck isn't standard otherwise EVERYBODY would be running this deck.

While there is a weaker version of this combo in standard, it is strictly weaker then Feldar Guardian and Sahil before the ban. You may see it at an FNM, but not much further than that.

So with the Oathsworn vampire, can it come back multiple times in the same turn even if you only gained life 1 time that turn?

Oathsworn Vampire doesn't care how many times you've gained life, just that you've gained life this turn. It is "if you've gained life" not "when you gain life."

A possible interaction would be:
1. With Bontu's Monument, Pitiless Plunderer, and Yahenni, Undying Partisan in play, cast Oathsworn Vampire for B.
2. You've cast a black creature, so Bontu's Monument drains 1 from the opponent and you gain one life.   You've gained life for this turn.
3. Sacrifice Oathsworn Vampire to make Yahenni, Undying Partisan Indestructible until end of turn.
4. A creature has died, Pitiless Plunderer creates on Treasure Artifact Token.
5. Tap and Sacrifice the Treasure Artifact Token to cast Oathsworn Vampire from the Graveyard.
6. Return to (2), unless all opponents have zero life.
7. All Opponents have zero life, and lose the game. You've won the game.

Oh my bad I forgot about the 0/0

That answers my question on that one. So have you seen anyone else run that combo or is this deck one of a kind at the moment?

I've seen people plotting on it for EDH, but past that I don't think it will be garner much regard among those that play Modern competitively. With perfect draws and hitting every land drop, the earliest this works is turn 5, assuming no interruption from the opponent.
