this deck is Jeskai colored. Your commander on the other hand is izzet. So this deck wouldn't be legal in EDH

I would recommend cutting Grafdiggers Cage and put in Past in Flames. Undoubtedly an amazing finisher for a spellslinger deck like Mizzix. Additionally, Mizzix's Mastery performs very much the same way but does get around the cage if you keep it, otherwise I would put both in.
Colorless mana in Mizzix is pointless, I would replace Mind Stone and Worn Powerstone for Treasonous Ogre and Chromatic Lantern
