Maybe.
Hard to see it happening on turn 3 though. More like turn 5/6.
Pop in some Feral Animist, and I see it really happening.

with perfect draws...

Open: 3 forest, elvish mystic, 2 BTS, 1 wild beastmaster

T1: draw aspect of hydra. play forest, elvish mystic

T2: draw aspect of hydra. play forest, burning tree, burning tree, beastmaster (devotion count: 6)

T3: draw aspect of hydra. play forest, 3x aspect of hydra on beastmaster (19/19), attack with all 4 creatures

beastmaster hits for 19, mystic hits for 20, BTS's hit for 21 each. that's 81. or with 2 more BTS instead of 1 forest and 1 aspect, devotion on T2 could be 10, that gets this T3 up to 89 damage.

I don't see why so many people like this deck.
It's a nice idea, and also a strong devotion deck, but too inconsistent.

That deck is very aggro, but does hardly ever work how it should.
I'd rather play devotion more like midrange than aggro, though.

This is a nice idea but from my limited experience this seems a little too vulnerable to burn spells, wraths, unsummon, counterspell (and similar bounce or removal) and my own favourite tactic, deathtouch. My Typhoid Rats would really disrupt the winning play on this unless you start adding some counter-magic, removal or 'tap enemy creature' effects into your mix.
