Help build a deck around this infinite damage & lifegain combo

Famished Paladin + Sorcerer's Wand + Prepare\\Fight and or Rush of Vitality

If I understand this correctly, the Paladin will untap when I gain life. So if I attach the Wand to him and then give him lifelink, this should give infinite damage and life

Looking to build a deck around this combo and need to find the supporting cast

I found 2 supporting actors s for the deck
Forerunner of the Legion to tutor for the paladin
Deadeye Quartermaster to tutor for the Wand
Siren Stormtammer for protection

Add some negate and similar spells to prevent instant removals like naturalize or vicious offering. Looks great so far though!
Edit: without going outside of blue/white, the only other cards that give lifelnk are on Serra' s wings and triumph of Gerrard. A quick compilation of the above-mentioned cards resulted in a great looking $11 standard deck.

4 Siren Stormtamer  Protection
2 Dauntless Bodyguard  Added protection for CMC of 1
1 Restoration Specialist  To get the wand back from graveyard if necessary

Now I just need help with the sideboard or possible substitutions to the starting lineup

Shalai, Voice of Plenty for hexpfoof to me and creatures

I think use whir of invention in main and sideboard deadeye quartermaster, if you run into a deck playing quite a few counters then swap the two since with deadeye, you'll still get to fetch the wand even if deadeye gets countered (ETB abilities triggers upon casting and is put onto a separate stack and therefore resolves independently of the original spell). Kinda curious about the 1-ofs and why On Serra's Wings wasn't added as an alternate lifelink since there's no fetch for the Prepare.

I don't intend to change much or anything around that deck - looks fun. 


Yet here are some cards that might - depending on how much you change or adapt the Deck further on - help you to get through with that combo.



Another way to get Lifelink would be Squire's Devotion or - which I don't think fits in well - Victory's Herald.

To get your artifacts, Inventor's Fair might help under certain circumstances.
Planar Bridge makes it possible as well, yet is way too expensive imho.
Search for Azcanta does a better Job once flipped.

I have thought about On Serra's Wings & Squire's Devotion, the rest i don't think would do to well
The biggest trouble I have if fetching prepare.
Only way to to that is to add another color (black) w/  Diabolic Tutor .  This would also open up another lifelink option of Rush of Vitality
Also may allow for creature removal as well
