Broke-Ass Faeries

I though up of this today when my smart-ass discovered that both Spellstutter Sprite and Cloud of Faeries are commons. I immediately wanted to make this bad-ass deck.

I quickly found out that Cloud of Faeries is banned. Some dumb-ass decided that is was too powerful. Whatever, I'll make it work.

The basic game-plan is to control the board using lame-ass counterspells, bounce spells, and discard effects. Then you slowly win with weak-ass faeries. Get ready to play a long-ass game, as this is not a fast deck. At least your opponent will also be playing the slow game.

My stupid-ass sideboard needs improving, mostly because my dumb-ass still can't figure out how to make sideboards. Any suggestions on how to improve the deck (or more ways to include the word "ass" in this description) would be appreciated.
