R/W Kiki Taxes

Basically do taxy stuff, until you can put together kiki-jiki+resto. Simian spirit guide to go off a turn early, or land leonin arbiter turn 1. wall of omens helps control the board, and helps dig for the combo, or removal, or whatever. It is also great with resto. The deck can also get traditional aggro wins as a backup plan. blade splicer helps with that.

Feedback is greatly appreciated

I decided not to play aether vial because this deck doesn't need to deploy a bunch of creatures fast. It just needs to use them to keep the opponent at bay until it can combo. I seriously considered flickerwisp, but decided not to play it. I just don't think it does exactly what I want. The thalias are in the sideboard because they can get a bit clunky with all of my removal.

Thanks for the feedback

I like were it's going. I'm guessing you're trying to avoid life loss which is why you aren't playing fetch lands, but I'd hate to have a Leonin Arbiter, a Simian Spirit Guide and now plains on turn one. That combo is sure to grab you a few wins.

I think this has a lot of potential.

I think that relic is more of a sideboard card personally. You could bring in thalia and isolate if needed.

I'm not playing fetches because of arbiter. You might be right though. I'm not sue I need so many mountains. The relics where just kind of a space filler of flex slot.
I'm not sure its the best thing here though. It's great because it cycles, and gives a little extra value. I'm really enjoying playing a tun of spot removal, so I don't really want to maindeck thalia. I'm super excited about isolate in modern, but it seems a little narrow for a maindeck slot. I would also rather play RIP in the sideboard than relic. I will take that into consideration though.

I'm not sure if I can play ghost quarter because the manabase isn't great. I like having a maindeck way to blow up lands, and quarter is soooooooooooo good with arbiter

Let me know what you think.

Thanks

Sideboard. Because it gets clunky when I have twelve spot removal spells.
